High Performance
The High Performance Program at Tennis Academia is designed for serious juniors who are committed to competing, improving, and reaching their highest potential. This program is built around structured training, high-intensity drilling, live-ball competition, fitness integration, and match-based development that mirrors tournament conditions.
Players train in an environment that demands focus, effort, and accountability, with coaching that emphasizes footwork, stroke production, tactical awareness, and mental toughness. Sessions are designed to push players beyond comfort zones, build match confidence, and develop the consistency required to succeed in USTA, UTR, and beyond.
Entry into High Performance is by evaluation or invitation only. This ensures all athletes in the program are training alongside players of similar commitment and ability, creating a competitive atmosphere that drives growth and results.
This is not a recreational class — it is a performance-driven training pathway for athletes who want to compete at a higher level and see measurable improvement in their game.

Level 3 Performance
The Level 3 Performance Program at Tennis Academia is designed for junior players who are ready to move beyond recreational tennis and into structured, competitive development. This program serves as the bridge between skill-building and high-performance training, preparing players for tournament play and future advancement into the High Performance group.
Players focus on refining stroke technique, footwork, consistency, point construction, and competitive awareness through a combination of drilling, live-ball training, and match play. Emphasis is placed on learning how to practice with purpose, compete with confidence, and develop the habits required for long-term improvement.
Level 3 Performance is for juniors who are committed to training regularly, want to compete in USTA or UTR events, and are working toward earning their place in the High Performance program.

Level 3
The Level 3 Program at Tennis Academia is designed for junior players who have moved beyond beginner levels and are ready to build real consistency, technique, and competitive understanding. This program focuses on developing strong fundamentals, reliable rally skills, and basic point construction while introducing players to a more structured training environment.
Players train two days per week, making this an ideal pathway for juniors who are serious about improving but are not yet ready for the higher training volume of the Performance programs. Sessions emphasize stroke development, footwork, serving and returning, and learning how to play points with purpose.
Level 3 is the stepping stone into competitive tennis and the gateway into Level 3 Performance and High Performance. Players who demonstrate commitment, improvement, and competitive readiness may be invited to move up into the performance pathway.

Weekend Warriors
The Weekend Warriors Program at Tennis Academia is designed for younger junior players who are developing their fundamentals and building confidence on the court. Similar in structure to our Level 3 pathway, this program focuses on strong technical foundations, movement skills, rally consistency, and learning how to play points in a supportive and energetic environment.
Players are introduced to structured drills, cooperative rallying, and age-appropriate competition that encourages effort, focus, and enjoyment of the game. The goal of Weekend Warriors is to develop athletic habits, court awareness, and a love for training while preparing players for advancement into the Level 3 program.
This group provides a fun, engaging bridge between beginner instruction and more advanced competitive training.
